Our mentorship anti-bullying programs are all empathy-based.  High school students are trained to demonstrate the concepts of kindness and tolerance to set examples for younger children.


Kool to be Kind (K2BK) is our empathy-based anti-bullying program in Westport, CT in which high school students are trained to lead interactive, experiential lessons for 3rd graders. Our high school students are split into teams and each team returns to the same class 5 times throughout the year; team members act as role models for the elementary school children.

SKATE 2 SKOOL is our empathy-based anti-bullying program for schools outside of Westport, CT, in which high school students are trained to lead interactive, experiential lessons for elementary school children.  Local high school students are split into teams and each team returns to the same class 5 times throughout the year; team members act as role models for elementary school children.

SKATE 2 CAMP is our summer program in which teens are trained to lead interactive, experiential and fun-filled lessons to younger campers throughout the summer. The teens bond with their younger protégés while playing educational games, performing skits and participating in small group sessions in order to share real-life stories with each others. The curriculum is tailored specifically, depending on the age group, and introduces such concepts as as kindness, acceptance and understanding.

SKATE PARK is a community-based one time event, either after-school, at site-specific venues or during a weekend program.  SKATE PARK also partners with other nonprofit organizations to run events throughout the year involving empathy-based performance art, scavenger hunts or other teen-led empathy-based curriculum involving experiential activities.

ABC SKATE  is our preschool program that introduces very young children to SKATEmovement concepts. We believe that children are never too young to learn about kindness. High school students are trained to lead fun, interactive lessons that familiarize the very young children to ideas such as empathy and kindness. HS students are split into small teams and each team returns to the same class several times during the year; the older teens act as role models for the younger children.

SKATE 2 FAITH  is our empathy-based anti-bullying program for churches and synagogues in which high school students are trained to lead fun, interactive, experiential lessons for elementary school children.  Local high school students are split into teams and each team returns to the same class throughout the year; team members act as role models for elementary school children.
